Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will give you full control over your e-mailbox accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can set up a brand new email mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings easily. In addition, you can redirect mail messages from one email box to another, set up e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and shield your e-mail accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited e-mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming electronic mails on the basis of certain rules specified by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your email box accounts and define the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Just choose the email box account you want to forward email messages from, then specify the destination e-mail box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you wish to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email box accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
